If I didn't know any better,

I'd assume this guy was working on the prosecution team on the Moussaoui case.

The judge decided to keep Federal Aviation Administration witnesses from the stand as a remedy for misconduct by a government lawyer, Carla J. Martin.

A senior lawyer with the Transportation Security Administration, Martin did not testify Tuesday. She is no longer working as a liaison between prosecutors and the agency.

I believe you have my stapler.
