Capitalizing on your sexuality.

Ain't gonna work this time, hon.

Mary Cheney, failed author.

Mary Cheney's book, Now It's My Turn, has sold less than 6,000 copies since it hit bookstores on May 9, 2006. With a reported advance of $1 million, the book's publisher, Simon and Schuster, would need o realize a profit of $166.66 on each book sold so far in order to break even, an impossible goal for a book with a cover price of $25.00.

It's usually not a good idea to try to market a book to the very people you've turned your back on. I hope Simon & Schuster plans on recouping its losses. After all, daddy's got deeeeeeeep pockets.

She's WHAT?
