I'm beginning to suspect

that the person in charge of coming up with army operation names used to be a part of "Up with People!".

From MSNBC:

The operation, which army officials said was dubbed Operation Forward Together, came as radical anti-U.S. cleric Muqtada al-Sadr planned a demonstration Wednesday in Baghdad to protest President Bush’s surprise visit to the capital.

Come on. What's wrong with "Operation Bump and Grind"? "Operation from Milton Bradley"? "Operation Yo Mama Can't Get Past This Checkpoint, Suckah"?
